| DVD Story: | الوسواس القهري أحد الأمراض العصابية التي يعلم فيها المريض علم اليقين بعدم صحة أفكاره. ويأتي المرض عادة في هيئة أفكار أو اندفاعات أو مخاوف، وقد يكون في هيئة طقوس حركية مستمرة أو دورية مع يقين المريض بتفاهة هذه الوساوس ولا معقوليتها، وعلمه الأكيد أنها لا تستحق منه هذا الاهتمام، ومحاولة المريض المستمرة لمقاومة هذه الوساوس وعدم الاستسلام. ولكن مع طول مدة المرض قد تضعف درجة مقاومته، وقد تترتب على إحساس المريض بسيطرة هذه الوساوس وقوتها القهرية مشاكلُ اجتماعية والآم نفسية وعقلية. |
